AstroKismat is an entertainment product. Nothing on this site is a prediction of the future, and nothing here is professional advice.

Your reading is generated by software that applies traditional Vedic astrology and Chaldean numerology conventions to the birth details you enter. Those conventions are cultural and interpretive systems, not scientifically validated methods of forecasting events. We make no claim that any score, year, date or life-area result is accurate, predictive, or will come true.

Do not rely on this for real decisions

You should not use a reading as a basis for any medical, financial, legal, career, marital, reproductive or psychological decision. Specifically, a reading is not:

• medical, psychiatric or mental-health advice — consult a registered medical practitioner;
• investment, tax or financial advice — consult a SEBI-registered adviser or a qualified accountant;
• legal advice — consult an advocate;
• a reason to start, stop, delay or change any treatment, medication, contract, investment, relationship or life plan.

“Money luck”, “health caution year”, “marriage window” and similar phrases are thematic entertainment labels. They are not diagnoses, forecasts, or statements of fact about your life.

Marriage and relationship readings

Some readings on this site score or comment on marriage, compatibility and relationship stability, including combinations traditionally called dosha or yog. These are interpretive conventions of classical astrology, recorded here because people ask about them. They are not findings about you, your marriage or any other person.

A reading cannot tell you whether a marriage will last, whether a divorce or separation will happen, or whether two people are suited to each other. No score, band or period on this site is a probability, a diagnosis of a relationship, or an assessment of anyone’s character or conduct. A combination being described as present is not the same as an outcome being decided.

You should not use a reading to decide whether to marry, to refuse or accept a match or proposal, to end or stay in a relationship, or to judge a partner, a prospective partner or their family. It is not relationship counselling, marriage therapy, or psychological assessment. If a relationship is troubling you, speak to a qualified counsellor; if you feel unsafe, contact the police or the government’s women’s helpline on 181.

We do not read charts for a third party’s benefit. Please do not enter another person’s birth details in order to assess them, and do not present any reading to a partner, a family or a matchmaker as evidence about someone.

If you are struggling

A reading can never tell you that something bad is going to happen to you, because it does not know. If any content here causes you distress, please stop reading it and speak to a qualified professional. In India, the government’s Tele-MANAS mental health helpline is available free on 14416.

Your decisions are your own

You use this site voluntarily and at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroKismat and its operator accept no liability for any action you take, or do not take, on the basis of a reading, and no liability for any loss, damage or distress arising from your use of the site.

By using astrokismat.in (“the site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who can use this

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase anything on this site. By buying a report you confirm you are 18 or older and that the payment method you use belongs to you or is used with the account-holder’s permission.

What you get

The free reading gives you a Kismat Score and a limited set of results. The paid report (₹299, one-time) unlocks the full written report for that specific set of birth details, including all life-area scores, year-by-year forecasts, the luck calendar and the activation kit.

A purchase unlocks one reading — the one generated from the birth details you entered. It is not a subscription, not an account, and not unlimited reports. Entering different birth details produces a different reading, which is a separate purchase.

Your unlock is stored in your browser. If you clear your browser data, switch device or use a different browser, you may need to contact us to restore access — see Refund Policy for how we handle that. We will restore a genuine paid unlock; we will not ask you to pay twice for the same reading.

Delivery

The report is delivered digitally and immediately — it unlocks on screen as soon as your payment is confirmed. There is no physical shipment. You can save it as a PDF using your browser’s print function.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell, republish or redistribute the paid report commercially;
• attempt to bypass payment, tamper with the unlock mechanism, or access paid content you have not bought;
• scrape, mass-download or automate access to the site;
• present a reading to anyone else as a genuine prediction, or as medical, financial or legal advice.

Content and ownership

The site’s text, design, methodology and generated report content are owned by AstroKismat. You may keep and privately share your own report. You may not sell it or pass it off as your own work.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site, including pricing, at any time. We may update these terms; the version published here is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the site or a report is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that report. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, opportunity, savings or reputation.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the operator’s place of business in India.

Refunds are available when the product fails to deliver — not because a reading’s content did not match your expectations.

This is a digital product that is delivered instantly and in full. The reading is generated deterministically from the birth details you enter, so the same details always produce the same report. Because the entire report is revealed the moment you pay, we cannot offer refunds based on whether you agreed with, liked, or believed the reading.

When we will refund you in full

We will refund the full amount if:

• the report failed to generate — you paid but no report was produced;
• the report did not unlock — payment succeeded but the paid content stayed locked, and we cannot restore your access;
• the report is broken or incomplete — sections are missing, corrupted or fail to render because of a fault on our side;
• you were charged more than once for the same reading — we refund every duplicate charge;
• you were charged but no order exists on our side.

In short: if you paid and did not receive a working report, you get your money back.

When we will not refund you

We cannot refund a purchase because:

• you disagree with the reading, or it did not say what you hoped;
• a predicted year, date or outcome did not happen — see the disclaimer; readings are entertainment, not forecasts;
• you entered the wrong birth details — the report was generated correctly from what was submitted (contact us anyway; we will usually regenerate it once as a goodwill fix);
• you changed your mind after reading the report;
• you bought the same reading twice deliberately.

Try before you pay

The free reading exists so you can see the style, tone and format of the output before spending anything. Please use it. If the free version is not what you are looking for, the paid report is a longer version of the same thing.

First: let us fix it

Most problems are access problems, and access problems are usually repairable in minutes. Email us before requesting a refund and we will restore your report if a valid payment exists. If we cannot, we refund you.

How to request a refund

Email support@astrokismat.in within 7 days of purchase with:

• the email address or phone number used at checkout;
• the payment or order ID from your payment confirmation;
• a short description of what went wrong.

We reply to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor and typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank. We do not charge a processing fee on refunds.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.

Your birth details are processed inside your own browser. For a free reading they are never sent to us. When you buy a report, we keep the details of that report so we can deliver it and restore it.

Your birth details stay on your device

The name, date of birth, time of birth, birthplace and gender you enter are used to generate your reading locally, in your browser. The calculation runs entirely on your device. These details are held in your browser’s session storage so the reading survives a page refresh, and they are cleared when you close the browser session. For a free reading we do not transmit them to our servers and cannot look up your chart.

A short non-reversible identifier derived from your details is used to remember which reading you unlocked. It is a one-way fingerprint and cannot be turned back into your name or birth data.

What we keep when you buy a report

When a payment succeeds we store, on our own servers, the name, date, time and place of birth for that report, the relationship status if you gave one, and the email address and phone number Razorpay collected at checkout, together with the order and payment references. This is what lets us deliver the report, restore it on another device without charging you again, answer a support request, and tell you when a report for a later year is available. We do not sell or share it. You can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to support@astrokismat.in with the phone number or email you paid from.

What we do receive

• Payment details — when you buy a report, Razorpay collects your email, phone number and payment information to process the transaction. Razorpay is the data controller for payment credentials; we never receive your card, UPI or bank details. We receive a payment confirmation, an order ID and, where you provide it, your name and email.
• Usage analytics — we use Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people navigate the site, which pages they leave from, and whether an ad led to a purchase. These collect device, browser, approximate location and interaction data, and set cookies. Clarity records anonymised session replays; it masks the contents of form fields by default, so your birth details are not captured in a replay.
• Purchase events — when a payment succeeds we send a purchase event to Meta for advertising measurement. Where an email address is included, it is hashed (SHA-256) before transmission; we do not send Meta your birth details or report contents.

Sharing a reading

If you use a share link, your birth details are encoded into the link itself so the recipient’s browser can regenerate the reading. Anyone with that link can see those details. Share it only with people you trust, and treat it as you would any personal information.

Stored in your browser

We use your browser’s storage to keep the site working: your in-progress profile (session storage, cleared when the session ends), your unlock status and order reference for reports you have paid for, and your language preference. These stay on your device.

Cookies and third parties

Cookies are set by Meta, Microsoft Clarity and Razorpay. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalised advertising through your Meta ad preferences. Blocking cookies may stop parts of the site working, including checkout.

The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server logs including IP addresses for security and reliability.

Retention

We keep payment and order records for as long as required for tax, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes under Indian law. We do not keep your birth details at all. Analytics providers retain data under their own policies.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Because your birth details never reach us, in practice this applies to your payment and order records. Email support@astrokismat.in and we will respond within 30 days. Note that we may need to retain transaction records where the law requires it.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and payments are handled by a PCI-DSS compliant processor. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
