Your report is tied to your birth details, not to a login. If you paid on your phone and are now on a laptop, or cleared your browser, it is still yours. You will not be charged again.

HOW TO GET IT BACK

  1. 1.Enter exactly the same name, date of birth, time and place you used when you paid. Even a different spelling of the city gives a different report.
  2. 2.On your results page we check your payment with Razorpay automatically. If it matches, the full report opens without asking you to pay.
  3. 3.Use the download button on the full report to save a PDF copy so this never happens again.

STILL NOT SHOWING?

Email support@astrokismat.in with the phone number or UPI id you paid from and roughly when. We will find the payment and send your report. If you paid twice by mistake, say so and the second payment is refunded.
